Today marks the start of week 5 of the LiveFit training program I’m working through.
I haven’t worked out seriously in a year, it’s resulted in a 20lb weightgain and some blue moods in the past few months.
No more.
I’m 5 weeks into this program, I’ve lost about 5lbs, and I’m starting to feel like my old self again.
It’s great…. let’s take this to 12 weeks!
